The problem

Beam paths on plate and pipe
- Phased array, conventional and TOFD on butt welds, girth welds and long seams.
- Coverage map of the weld and heat-affected zone, leg by leg.
- Drag the wedge to move the probe; hover the part for sound path and time of flight.
Calibration before the block
- Estimated TCG for each side-drilled hole, with attenuation and beam spreading shown separately.
- Calibration block drawing sized from the technique, saved as SVG or DXF for CAD.
- Focal laws exported for the instrument, and laws read back from the instrument checked against the plan.
Checks
A pass / warn / fail list as you work, for example focus beyond the near field.

Every plan includes all functions and updates. Paid plans are annual subscriptions.
Prices include VAT where applicable; the tax is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew every year until you cancel; after each successful payment we email your new licence code, and we remind you 30 days before renewal. Cancel anytime: your licence keeps working until the end of the paid year. 14-day refund on every payment.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. SoundPath is a single HTML file. Once saved on your computer it runs without internet, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Where is my work stored?
In the browser on your computer. Always open the same file in the same browser. You can also save the workspace as a file.
How does the trial work?
We send you the file and a code. The 3 days start when you enter the code, so enter it when you are ready to work.
How does the annual subscription work?
It renews automatically every year. After each successful payment we email your new licence code; enter it in the program and carry on. We remind you 30 days before renewal. If you cancel, the licence works until the end of the year you paid for; after that the program locks, but your work is never deleted.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. At checkout you can enter your company name and tax number, and the invoice is issued with them. You can also write to us.
